Michael is passionate about digital transformation in its various facets. He is enthusiastic about the use of new technologies, the transformation of organizations and the cultural change within organizations. For several years now, he has been supporting large companies with their digital transformation challenges and strategies for new digital business models.
With his knowledge, especially in customer centricity, he supports clients with creating concepts and strategies for new digital services as well as the development and implementation of IT projects. As part of the digital transformation journey he guided clients through cultural change and agile transformation.
In his free time, he is more driven by any kind of sport outdoors. After more than 10 years of handball, he has switched to outdoor sports and is an enthusiastic runner and during vacation on a surfboard.
