accilium expands its partnership: Markus Kaiser becomes new Senior Partner
The leading strategy and management consultancy in the mobility and energy sector, accilium, has brought on board Markus Kaiser (52), a successful innovator from the public sector, to rethink the consulting business. With more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, Markus Kaiser will strengthen and expand the consulting business at accilium as a Senior Partner.
From 2016 to 2021, Kaiser was the Managing Director of the Bundesrechenzentrum and most recently a member of the board of Allgeier Public in Munich, part of a holding company of an international technology group for IT and software services. At Allgeier, he significantly drove business development in the public sector. His achievements include the development and implementation of a cross-company leadership structure and the realignment of the sales portfolio with strong revenue growth.
Under Markus Kaiser’s leadership, the Bundesrechenzentrum (BRZ) was able to implement important digitization projects for the Republic: in addition to solutions such as the “Digitalen Amt,” the “Alle Jobs” platform of AMS, the short-term development of the “Grünen Pass,” which was part of the daily life of Austrians for months, and the processing of AMS short-time work applications during the pandemic. Furthermore, Kaiser aligned the Bundesrechenzentrum organizationally and operationally to the challenges of digital transformation. These hands-on experiences in organizational development and successful change implementation will make accilium stronger.
