Johannes has extensive experience in advising OEMs, especially within the research and development domain.
His strength is to develop and understand digital transformation strategies – both from business and IT perspective – and breaking them down in order to ensure an effective operationalization. He has a vast track record in designing and implementing digital transformation programs at large corporations.
Currently, Johannes is focusing on future engineering, digging into the question how R&D domains can become fit for the future. In this field he can combine his systems engineering knowhow (certified Systems Engineer) with his experience in digital transformation, bringing in knowledge about processes and methods as well as a deep understanding for data, technology and software development.
In his leisure time, Johannes enjoys all kind of ball and racket sports as well as being in the mountains by foot, by bike or with skis.
