We are pleased to announce six outstanding career advancements within our team: Jennifer Duhs, David Schneiderbauer, and Christopher Waidelich have been promoted to Senior Managers. Jonas Biedermann, Jacqueline Binder, and Christian Clemens are taking on additional responsibility as newly appointed Managers. With these promotions, we are deliberately strengthening our leadership team, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable growth—and sending a clear signal in an evolving consulting market.

Jennifer Duhs – Driving Innovation for Digital Organizations
Specializing in agile methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and efficient organizational structures, Jennifer Duhs takes on a central role as Senior Manager in consulting around the “Software Driven Organization.” Her focus: actively guiding companies on their journey toward digital transformation.
David Schneiderbauer – Shaping the Energy Transition
As a new Senior Manager, David Schneiderbauer strengthens accilium’s “Energy & Environment Practice.” His expertise across the entire energy value chain will be increasingly applied to projects involving sustainable mobility and digital energy solutions—with a strong focus on innovation and resource efficiency.
Christopher Waidelich – Führungskraft mit Weitblick
In his new role as Senior Manager, Christopher Waidelich will lead the expansion of the Munich office and the southern German market. He advises clients from the automotive industry and related sectors—with a clear focus on strategic alliances and cross-organizational collaboration.
