accilium announces three promotions to the Management Team

As of April, the leading strategy and management consultancy in the mobility and energy sector announces three promotions to the management team.

The leading strategy and management consultancy in the mobility and energy sector, accilium, was founded seven years ago and now has over 130 consultants at seven European locations. From the beginning, accilium has pursued a clear mission to accelerate the energy and mobility transition and advises companies as well as the public sector on digital transformation issues. Now, accilium announces the promotion of three employees who significantly contribute to the company’s strategic development and operational performance. These promotions reflect accilium’s continuous commitment to fostering its own talents and strengthening its market position.

Strengthening the Management Team

As of April, David Schneiderbauer (29) will be promoted to Manager. Since 2019, he has been contributing his extensive expertise in the energy sector and his successful project management in the field of digitalization in the automotive sector at accilium. Through his previous roles, including at Mercedes-Benz Austria and his involvement with the World Energy Council, he brings the necessary expertise for shaping emission-free mobility and energy of the future. Benedikt Altrogge (28) is also being promoted to Manager. He has proven to be a valuable member of the accilium team through his work on digitalization projects in the After Sales sector. Since 2021, his focus has been primarily on the introduction of efficient processes and strategies to optimize trade and innovations in the aviation sector.

Stefan Cibulka-Rothauer (31), also a Manager as of April, has been strengthening accilium since 2022. His focus is on promoting sustainability and resilience in the mobility and energy sector. Combined with his valuable experiences at the Austrian Armed Forces, SCHIG GmbH, and ÖBB Holding AG, he brings a unique perspective and several years of consulting experience to the company. Alexander Hotowy, Managing Partner at accilium, also recognizes the importance of these diverse perspectives and strengths for accilium: “We are proud to have such outstanding talents in our team and look forward to taking the next steps together to support our clients in the mobility and energy ecosystem and to jointly master the challenges and opportunities of the industry. Before joining accilium, he worked at EFTAS Remote Sensing Technology Transfer GmbH in Münster and Detecon Inc. in San Francisco. As of April, he strengthens the management team at accilium.

Stefan Cibulka-Rothauer (31) has been bringing his valuable experiences and unique perspective from the Austrian Armed Forces, SCHIG GmbH, and ÖBB Holding AG to accilium since 2022. His focus is on promoting sustainability and resilience in the mobility and energy sector. Since the beginning of the month, he has been strengthening the accilium team as a manager.
