Alexander Hotowy is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of accilium as well as Practice Lead Strategy. He combines strategic excellence with entrepreneurial experience – from developing new business models to building strategic alliances, company building, and venture investing. With more than a decade of experience in the mobility, energy, and digital industries, he advises leading companies on strategic realignment and sustainable transformation. His strength lies in translating complex challenges into actionable strategies and setting organizations on a growth trajectory. As the driving force behind initiatives such as TEN27 and Project aIQ, he shapes not only client strategies but also accilium’s own future – with courage, clarity, and entrepreneurial vision.
