Christian Schneider is a Partner at accilium with more than 20 years of experience advising organizations in the public sector as well as the automotive and mobility industry. He focuses on shaping impactful transformation processes, driving strategic organizational development, and supporting executives in demanding leadership contexts. With a strong background in organizational development and process facilitation, he helps teams and executives in shaping organizational structures, strengthening strategic communication, and implementing targeted change management to drive transformation.
