Sebastian is deeply invested in the current change that is happening in the automotive and energy sector, and therefore he lives to solve the arising challenges and use the opportunities in those sectors. He is particularly keen in enabling clients to transform their organisation to the next level by designing and implementing solution for complex problems.
Before joining accilium Sebastian finished his academic career with an international Master´s degree in Management, specializing in Organisational Transformation and Strategy. He worked and studied abroad in Switzerland, Finland and Austria which helped shaping his critical thinking and reinforced his ambition to transform the mobility ecosystem of the future
In his spare time, you can find Sebastian in the cinema watching the latest movies or playing squash or going for a swim in the Danube. He also enjoys cooking a good meal or going out and discover new places around the world with his friends.
