My professional background spans Project Management, Operational Excellence/Six Sigma, and Management Consulting. My career has taken me across borders and industries, from driving operational excellence initiatives at a major semiconductor facility in Singapore to shaping the development strategy of a social impact tech startup in Berlin, focused on improving human rights in supply chains.
The common thread in my journey has always been on organizational transformation and impulsing positive change both within and beyond organisations. I have grown a deep interest in understanding the role that companies have in improving their societal impact. Today, I focused my work on supply chain sustainability topics, with a strong focus on the EU regulation #CSRD.
From a personal perspective, I am as French-American approaching 10 years living abroad in different countries. Beyond the workplace, you’ll often find me running or immersing myself in Berlin’s vibrant cultural and artistic scene.
