Since his studies, Hauke has been passionate about future topics such as digital transformation, sustainability and social innovation. He completed his business studies with a focus on marketing and innovation management in Germany, Australia and Finland. ​

His ability to develop strategic visions and link innovative approaches enables him to help companies successfully tackle future topics. He has already been able to apply this in various projects in different industries, whereby he has developed a particular passion for the mobility sector and the industrial sector. To be able to continue working professionally and thematically in these fields and to build up more knowledge in these areas, he came to accilium.​

Influenced by many years as an active hurdle sprinter, Hauke still seeks his balance in sports activities. Together with his joy of traveling, this often drives him to the mountains for hiking or skiing and to the sea for surfing.
