Dustin has been passionate about mobility since childhood. While this used to be driven primarily by sports cars and airplanes, his focus has now shifted to holistic and sustainable mobility of the future.

During his industrial engineering studies, Dustin was able to further pursue his passion and also gain deeper insights into urban mobility concepts and digitalization strategies at a BEV OEM. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience in production and ramp-up planning at a premium OEM. The conclusion of his studies was a scientific examination of the digitalization of supply chains in manufacturing industries.

Through his studies and practical experience, Dustin realized the enormous potential in the mobility sector, which can be achieved through consistent digitalization. At accilium he is able to actively shape this future together with a young and dynamic team.

In his free time, Dustin pursues a wide variety of sporting activities, whether it’s crossfit, skiing, bouldering or playing soccer. Apart from that, he is always free for a cup of coffee.
