Peter is a managing partner at accilium, a start-up mentor and master tinkerer when it comes to building IT solutions. He focuses on mobility solutions and corporate digitalization.

Over the past 10 years, he has directed projects in product development, IT and digitalization at global automotive OEMs. He specializes in optimizing and rebuilding the legacy information landscape of corporates to establish the foundation of successful digitalization initiatives.

He also focuses on the application of novel technologies such as virtual and augmented reality or artificial intelligence. It is his personal mission to apply these technologies in everyday working life, making people more productive and organizations more fun.

Peter is an urban commuter. He loves riding his single speed bike through Vienna as well as everything that's propelled by an electric motor.

Alex is a managing partner at accilium. He has extensive experience in advising OEMs not just within their R&D and production, but within their sales departments around the world.

Alex enjoys and excels at structuring the most complex problems into a few key elements, making them understandable and easier to work with. He is a role model to those working around him, as his colleagues are able to observe his work ethic and his approach to challenging situations, and then apply his attitude to their own work. This in turn benefits accilium's clients.

Currently, he focuses almost exclusively on developing new digital business models, as well as concepts to address digitalization in the future.

In his spare time Alex enjoys sports, such as climbing and surfing, and he tries to travel the world as much as possible.

Alexander is an investor, start-up coach and automotive expert with more than 15 years of experience. He has directed consulting projects at several OEMs for over a decade and leads teams of up to 25 people. His engagements focus on competency management, integration and rollout of new technologies within corporate entities, as well as business process development and implementation in areas such as R&D, production and after sales.

Over the past years, Alexander Rauscher has developed specific expertise and gained experience in car software development, SPICE and agile development, electric mobility, production optimization, process digitalization, and transformation management. He has an extensive automotive network, especially in the German and Austrian industry.

Alexander was immediately excited by the idea of establishing accilium as an open consulting platform and network. Ever since, Alexander has integrated his leadership skills, team-oriented approaches, as well as his technical know-how into the accilium vision. Build to Evolve has always been his life motto.

Alexander is passionate about mountain sports and freeriding.

Dominik is fascinated by the current versatile developments in the field of mobility. Especially the interconnection between the public and the private sector made him join accilium.

He studied in Mannheim and the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, focussing on public management and organizations. During his time in Berlin, he gained valuable work experience in a worldwide-operating consultancy firm. Besides, he worked for a German OEM on the strategic positioning of e-mobility solutions.

Mobility has always been a topic he was interested in, especially after living in several European major cities and witnessing how innovative mobility solutions emerged within no time. In addition, he is excited to see the potential of digital solutions and helps clients to usher in a new era of connected and shared mobility.

In his spare time, you will find him riding his bike around Berlin, playing tennis or simply sharing a drink and a laughter with friends and family.

Before Martin joining accilium he studied Strategic Management & Law at Management Center Innsbruck.

Martin worked for a German car manufacturer with a special focus on future mobility. Here he developed strategies and portfolios and in a next step evaluated them by prototype testing. Later he joined a multinational space & defense company, where he strengthened his interest in creating sustainable strategies that provide a lasting and scalable advantage. Translating innovation in the digital age into competitive advantage is a main driver for his passion.

With previous experience in the automotive and space & defense industry he was eager to join accilium to evolve the future of mobility with all its corresponding aspects.

If he is not working, he can be found in the alps, skiing or scuba-diving in the sea. Hanging out with friends is particularly important to him.

Wolfgang always had a passion for science and technology, which he pursued in his study of civil engineering, focusing on infrastructure and mobility engineering. This passion is complemented by his interest in politics, expressed through political engagement and internships, and an interest in economics, which he further expanded in his studies of law and economics. For him, the mobility sector is the perfect crossover of these fields of interest: mobility is built on technological possibilities, pushed by the needs of society, and organized by economic demands and political decisions.

In his time as a self-employed mobility consultant, Wolfgang developed public transport solutions for rural areas, bringing together technology and service providers, political actors, and local inhabitants to improve individual mobility. By joining accilium, he wants to utilize his passion to help facilitate the mobility ecosystem of the 21st century.

In his spare time, Wolfgang can be found exploring foreign cities, climbing or discussing politics.

It is clear by definition that the mobility of the future must be sustainable, powered by renewable energies. Supporting mobility providers in using digitization to expand the existing level of mobility in the face of a growing world population and simultaneously shaping the change to ecologically, socially and financially sustainable mobility concepts is what drives Simon professionally.

As an enthusiast for new mobility concepts, new business models and strategic impacts, accilium was the perfect choice for Simon to continue working on these issues after his studies - driven by a dynamic work environment that results in a steep learning curve. Through internships and working student activities, Simon has already gained experience in this area from the perspective of an automotive manufacturer and a management consultancy and now brings this experience to accilium and its clients with enthusiasm.

In his spare time, Simon enjoys bouldering, strolling around the city centre or travelling to other European cities for a weekend getaway.

Nico is a committed, solution-oriented, and open-minded team player, driven by the motivation to use the potential of digitalization to find more efficient, sustainable, and enjoyable mobility solutions.

He has used his educational path for several stays abroad, attending school in Spain, the USA and China to gain new impressions and get in touch with people from all over the world. His stay in Asia fascinated him particularly with regard to digitalization and mobility in terms of their use to enhance quality of everyday life.

In the line with the focus of his management studies, he gained experience in the departments of corporate development and corporate strategy in the mechanical engineering and automotive industry.

As a balance, he uses his passion for sports; especially playing soccer, going to the gym, or running and cycling outdoors. On slower days he likes to meet with friends, read books or play the piano.

Michael is fascinated by the possibilities which emerge through the ever-increasing technological advancements & digitalisation.

At accilium, Michael transforms this fascination into sheer passion while working for our clients. Michael studied Strategic Management & Law with a focus on Business Strategy, M&A and Innovation. His drive and analytical mindset made him excel in his prior professions as a self-deployed consultant and research assistant at a top-accredited university. Paired with his experience and eagerness to continuously learn. accilium provides Michael the ideal ground to contribute to shaping the future of mobility.

Michael does not only show dedication in his professional life. During his time off, he usually can be found outside doing sports of all kind. Besides sports, he loves meeting people and enjoying life.

Working on innovative solutions and digital trends at the edge of technology as well as their successful implementation within companies is a topic, which Jennifer is passionate about. 

Therefore, the constant interaction between digitalization of products and services and the use of new technologies across industries is the core of her master's program Digital Business Innovation and Transformation at the UAS IMC Krems. 

As a result of her interest in digital trends and innovation, Jennifer decided to also pursue her career in this field. Before Jennifer started working for accilium as an associate she gained experience in different industries as well as in the start-up world. She is a strong team player with a hands-on mentality and thinking quick on her feet. 

In her spare time, Jennifer loves to travel the world, but also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Christian is known as a grounded guy. As an integrative, communicative and well-connected consultant with a business development gene, he draws on years of experience in the areas of mobility, logistics and interacting with public stakeholders. He is convinced that the matter of sustainability in the economic, ecological and also in the social sense will fundamentally influence our society, our economic activities and, above all, our mobility behavior and will change it in the long term. This personal conviction is what drives Christian developing innovative and future-proof mobility and logistics solutions.

Christian’s personal strengths lie in an analytical and strategic way of thinking combined with the rapid anticipation of problems, creative derivation of solutions and a structured approach to implementation.

As an avowed family man and father of two, Christian likes to spend his free time with his wife and kids. His athletic favourites like tennis in summer or skiing in winter have recently shifted significantly to teaching. On weekends he likes to cook up family and friends.

Johannes joined accilium because he is convinced of the vision of bringing together automotive, energy and public sector competence to become the number one player in the mobility ecosystem. He has several years of experience in delivering digitalization projects at the intersection between business and IT in large corporations. 

His strength is to develop and understand complex digital strategies – both from business and IT perspective – and breaking them down in order to ensure an effective operationalization.

Johannes is passionate about new technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain and how these technologies can transform organizations and societies for the better.

In his leisure time, Johannes enjoys all kind of ball and racket sports as well as being in the mountains by foot, by bike or with skis.

Before she started at accilium, Marie finished her Master's Degree in Strategic Management at the University of Innsbruck.

Yet during her studies she discovered her interest in change management and strategy development as well as innovations and start-ups and decided to pursue a career in the field. Apart from her academic background in Business Administration and Management she brings in experience gained through several consulting projects during her studies. The combination of strong analytical skills and creativity makes her a good problem solver and organiser.

Whenever she can Marie travels around the world. The rest of her spare time she spends with either her piano or her family and friends.

Johannes is fascinated by innovative technical developments and complex systems since he was in school. After his studies, he worked several years in the research and development department of an automotive OEM. He joined accilium to help organizations to master the enormous challenge of the mobility transition as well as the challenge of digitalization.

Johannes has a deep understanding of the digitalization of processes, he understands complex coherences very quickly and he is able to break down these complex coherences to solvable problems. He is a Teamplayer, who focuses on reaching the project target together with his colleagues and customers.

In his spare time, Johannes is a passionate outdoor sportsman, you can find him in the hills and forests around Vienna and in his homeland Upper Austria. Besides, he likes to travel the world and get to know unknown regions and cultures.

Teresa is a versatile talent and it is precisely her extensive experience with different industries, people and projects that make her a great consultant. She approaches any topic with a lot of dedication.

Due to her interest in sustainability, she even founded a student organization at Vienna University of Business and Economics, dedicated to the topic which is still active today. After graduating, she gained profound experience in content creation, online marketing and publishing and worked in journalism for some years. Through working as Head of Content and SEO for one of Austria’s largest travel portals, she found her passion for working at the interface between business and IT. In IT consulting she found the right working environment to put her strong analytics and conceptual skills to work for the benefit of her customers. Currently, she is particularly interested in user experience design, change management in agile transformations and digital process management.

When she is not reading up on the latest IT trends, Teresa enjoys yoga, hiking and trying out new types of sports.

Kurt envisions a future of resource-efficient, integrated mobility solutions, which are accessible to everyone.

He studied in Vienna and Rotterdam with specialization in the development of new business models and innovation management. Additionally, he gained valuable work experience in a worldwide-operating FMCG company as well as the Big 4.

The topic of mobility attracts his particular attention, because of the contemporary and upcoming challenges to existing business models. Kurt helps clients to not just follow but lead the path toward a new era of autonomous, shared, electric connected vehicles and the age of decentralized energy production.

In his spare time, you will find him playing soccer or squash, cooking a delicious lasagna or reading a book in his comfy beanbag chair.

During his Mechanical Engineering studies, Nicolas gained first experiences in the mobility sector: Automotive, Railway, Logistics … no matter what’s moving – a car, a person or a production line – just get out of the box and think about new ways since mobility is everywhere. And there are multiple ways – that’s what Nicolas discovered while expanding his expertise in consulting, strategic management, automotive development and manufacturing … in Europe or far away in China or the U.S. Being on-site in America while the dieselgate emerged, his vision became clear: you must go ahead on new ways of mobility. 

At accilium Nicolas can share his passion with colleagues that are infected with new technologies, innovation, digitalization and sustainability helping to build the world of tomorrow. 

Nicolas’ favorite balance to daily routine are the mountains. All around Vienna or Munich, where you can find him in general, he discovers the Alps hiking, biking or skiing.

Besides being a working student at accilium, Simon is doing a master’s program in renewable raw materials with a focus on energetic exploitation at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna.

He graduated from the Technical University of Munich with a bachelor’s degree in Management and Technology and gained first work experience as a working student at a telecommunications company and by an internship in the automotive industry.

Simon has a passion for renewable energies, innovative technical solutions and sustainability. Therefore, he wants to play an active role in solving the urban traffic dilemma and transforming cities into a better and more sustainable place to live.

He likes spending time outside exploring the nature and doing sports (addicted to skiing and snow).

Contributing to future technologies to meet the requirements of the future society, is the main driver for Adrian.

During his studies of industrial engineering and management Adrian gained a strong interest in strategic management. Furthermore, he gained expertise in the mobility sector by participating in the development of an autonomous shuttle for the public transport. By undertaking a scientific deep dive into the future mobility Adrian furthered his understanding of the huge potential of this field. Therefore, Adrian was highly intrigued by the chance offered by accilium to combine his two interests while contributing to their quest for shaping the future mobility sector.

In his spare time Adrian can most likely be found following his strong passion for basketball, skiing or any kind of water sports.

Having lived and worked in megacities like Jakarta, Shanghai and Tokyo, it became clear to Julia that the way we move today needs to evolve. Julia is passionate about driving the transformation of the automotive industry forward contributing to a new mobility ecosystem that is sustainable and people-centered granting greater and equal access to mobility in every corner of the world.

Julia has gained prior working experience in the field of (after)sales and business development at a premium commercial vehicle manufacturer and a carsharing provider before joining accilium. At accilium, Julia is excited to connect the dots between different industries like the energy, automotive, and public sector to foster innovative business models.

If not at work, Julia loves to explore the world on foot and dreams about hiking the Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand or the Greater Patagonia Trail in South America.

Leonhard is fascinated by the impact of digitalization on business and operating models in the automotive and energy industry. He joined accilium to help clients through their digital transformation programs and to serve as an expert for future mobility topics. 

He has over six years of experience leading and delivering improvements in IT organizations from strategy development, process design to technology implementation. His areas of expertise include project management, guiding clients through large digital transformation programs and developing IT strategies, bringing digital business models and new technologies to life. He has deep knowledge in emerging technologies like Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing as well as applied agile foundational knowledge and automotive expertise. 

In his spare time, he loves to travel the world and visit art exhibitions. He further enjoys meeting up with friends and family, skiing and at some occasions improving his surfing skills.

Tobias is a jack-of-all-trades, mastering many diverse topics from law school, teaching, to building up his own consultancy. Through the years there was one topic that stuck with him – mobility. He was exploring solutions to improve inner city ground transportation on a European scale and helped building up diverse companies within this branch. Looking for new and exciting ways to maximize his potential he joined accilium with the ambition to further professionalize and gaining in-depth experience in related fields.

Tobias provides know-how in various fields like PR & marketing, sales & business development as he combines these with strong analytical skills.

His free time is occupied by friends, restaurants and the best parts of Berlin. If not in Berlin, you may look for him somewhere between Milan and Naples.

Dominik is responsible for finance and controlling at accilium. He ensures that company processes are compliant as well as efficient. 

After finishing the studies in taxation and accounting he worked several years for international audit and tax consulting firms where solving complex tax related issues was his day to day business. Conducting external audits allowed him to gain experience in cost and financial accounting and in evaluating and assessing company processes in the view of legal compliance.  

In his spare time he enjoys doing excursions around Vienna and going on short city trips. He also loves spending time with his family and afterwork with friends.

Raphael wants to enable future generations a decent life on our planet. Hence, he decided to take an active part in the fight against climate change by promoting renewable energy. As the effort of many is needed to create a positive impact, he spreads the message on every occasion possible.  

Consequently, joining the mission of accilium was evident as he overtook the task to find people with similar ideas and excite them for new sustainable concepts of living.  

He loves to build communities and real brands with a vision. For this purpose, he chose the digital world as the perfect environment to reach the right people at the right time. To ensure relevance he has his finger on the pulse of new digital trends and innovations, mastering new tools where they add value. 

His goals might be ambitious, but he is ready to go the extra mile. 

Anja holds a degree in Management with a specialisation in system-thinking, behavioural finance and digital transformation from WU Vienna.

She has a strong expertise in Automotive where she is delivering international projects at the intersection of business and IT, from R&D to Aftersales. Anja shares a passion for strategic transformations & innovation and is strongly focused on achieving business outcomes driven by technologies.

Anja is living in Vienna, enjoys being outdoors and spending her spare time with family and friends preferably in Styria’s stunning wine region.

Due to her studies in Business Administration with focus on international and strategic management Simone developed a special interest in digital business model concepts and ecosystems.

Her working experience for a premium automotive OEM let her gain valuable insights in strategic projects of a fast-moving, technology-driven industry. Simone was especially thrilled about how increased connectivity and digital technologies affect traditional business models. That is why she decided to further pursue the chosen path and to actively shape the future of mobility.

accilium perfectly fits her interests of a young, dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy. Together with her colleagues Simone solves client problems on a daily basis and forms their desired future.

If there is some time left in Simone´s busy consultant life she follows her big passion of travelling the world. Either climbing mountains in Norway or exploring new cultures in Southeast Asia, there is never enough adventure for her. However, Simone also enjoys a calm chat with her closest friends over a cup of coffee and some cinnamon buns.

Georg is an experienced consultant with expertise in the automotive & energy sector. He focuses on IT strategy and digitalization, fitting his style and mentality as he could best be described as a mix of creative and critical thinking and getting things done.

With these attributes Georg led various projects with the necessary view for the bigger picture, making turning them all into success stories. His consulting expertise is supported by a mathematical background and project management competence which prepares him perfectly to solve complex problems, also using his strong data analytics skills.

Georg is an eager first mover and tester of new technologies in professional as well as private settings, to improve routines and shift paradigms for established processes.

Combining his personal passion for gaming and technology with his career Georg is also managing projects for piloting virtual reality solutions in corporate settings.

A genuine passion for the energy and automotive industry and a strong desire to create more sustainable ways of transportation motivated David to join accilium. 

During his energy engineering studies in Austria and Australia he gained practical experience at an energy utilities company, the Big 4 and an aerospace supplier while also working in the automobile industry. 

David is very passionate about renewable energies, electric vehicles and their combination for the future of personal mobility and the electrical grid alike. Consequently, he is eager to play an active role in transforming the way we travel on a daily basis while also considering the importance of improved energy distribution and consumption. 

In his spare time, you will find him playing football with his friends, hiking or travelling the world in a campervan while also testing the newest technologies and gadgets. 

Jacques has been fascinated by technical innovations and emerging technologies since his childhood. Having grown up in Luxemburg, he changed his residence to Vienna to study Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna, where he specialized in Power and Industrial Engineering for his Master’s degree. 

His expertise lies in the fields of new mobility solutions, alternative fuels and renewable energies. He desires to take part in solving the fossil fuel problem by introducing new technologies and creating innovative solutions.  

In his spare time, Jacques loves riding his bike, be it in the city or in the mountains and spending time with his friends.  

Rafael’s love for cars probably started with his first Bobby Car and since then never faded. Thus, it seemed predestined for him to study Automotive Engineering and Management in Munich, in order to learn how to develop, produce and sell great cars. While collecting working experience with a premium car manufacturer in Germany and the U.S., he discovered his interest in innovation, which he saw as the driving force behind all great products. In his master’s degree in Scotland and Germany Rafael therefore focussed on Innovation Management.  

Rafael gained precious working experience in various departments (R&D, production, production planning) of automotive OEMs and suppliers as well as in the consulting industry. Rafael joined accilium, to utilize his knowledge about the automotive industry and his passion for cars and innovation. 

In his spare time Rafael enjoys all kinds of sports and being outside, as well as celebrating his Bavarian origin with a cold beer. 

Christian is a consultant by passion with more than 19 years of experience in this industry. His fascination for emerging technologies and digital innovations perfectly match with his constant ambition to enable clients to successfully manage transformation processes of all kinds.

With the background of his master studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Christian started his career as a consultant with a large software company, where he was able to develop a sophisticated understanding for software related processes and systems. Christian was establishing his broad expertise as functional consultant and project/program-manager in a multitude of projects within a wide range of heterogeneous industries. As Consulting Director Christian built and led the Austrian branch of a consulting company specialising in Customer Experience Management for multiple years. Thus he was able to gain valuable experience in the fields of strategic, operational and organizational development.

His consulting portfolio is being rounded off by studies in communication management and conflict management.

Being the father of two kids, Christian enjoys spending most of his spare time with his family. Furthermore, he constantly aims at finding the right balance between his other two passions: good food and fitness. 

Christian is a business partner at accilium. While studying industrial engineering at the Vienna University of Technology, he tries to keep everything going in the background.

In recent years, he has gained experience ranging from simple things such as organizing business trips or simply helping where help is needed, to setting up and managing the IT infrastructure or financial accounting.

He loves to learn new things and very much believes that you must understand previous technologies before you can build technologies for the future. 

In his spare time, he likes climbing, riding a motorcycle or just playing his guitar.

Curiosity in new trends and technologies have convinced Irina to pursue an academic career with a focus on technology and strategic innovation management. She holds a Double Master Degree from Bocconi University and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Throughout her studies Irina developed a passion for digital transformation topics especially in the fields of service and process innovation.

In addition to her academic career, Irina has gained experience in the consulting field by working on the preparation of several M&A projects, as well as, in the automotive industry by helping develop a new financial reporting tool for a multinational OEM. Over the years she has cultivated the flexibility to work in fast paced environments and the ability to quickly process complex information. One of her major focuses lies in discovering strategical and organizational efficiency potentials within organizations.

In her spare time Irina enjoys playing tennis, travelling the world and discovering new cultures.

Growing up with a passion for Formula 1, Chris has always had a strong connection with the automotive industry. However, instead of pursuing a career on the racetrack, he decided to channel his passion for automobiles in favour of the revolution of mobility. His change of mind was fuelled by a burning interest in sustainable innovation and his fascination for metropolis.

While tackling (urban) transportation´s challenges, Chris especially gained experience in the development of new business models and the establishment of digital units in the automotive vertical. Throughout his professional career, he worked on projects in London, Doha or Los Angeles, always with an eye on mobility. In the pursuit of his MBA with a focus on strategy and digital transformation, Chris has furthermore attended universities and business schools such as the NYU Stern School of Business, the SDA Bocconi Milano and the Université Paris-Sorbonne.

In his spare time, Chris can be found at start up pitch nights, in theatres or on strolls through foreign cities.
